College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism

The College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism houses the largest merchandising program in the nation and one of the largest hospitality and tourism management programs. Its innovative degrees include the nation’s first bachelor’s degree in digital retailing and first master’s degree in international sustainable tourism.

The CMHT Dean’s Excellence Fund - This fund gives the college the flexibility to direct the use of resources to priorities that will make an immediate and tangible difference. For example:

CMHT Leadership Academy - The mission of the CMHT Leadership Academy is to transform students into visionary leaders who are confident, articulate, ethical and adept in relationship building and problem solving. Through coaching networking, academic coursework, mentoring workshops and service learning activities, students learn valuable skills that will change the way they think and lead.
