College of Music

The UNT College of Music is the largest public university music program in the United States and one of the most globally respected. Faculty include internationally acclaimed artists and scholars in composition, conducting, ethnomusicology, music education, music history, music theory and performance.

The College of Music Dean’s Excellence Fund - This fund helps maintain the strong foundation for the College of Music by providing support in the areas of need, such as scholarship, travel, recording costs, student outreach and marketing.

College of Music Student Wellness Fund - This fund is available to help students address unanticipated wellness needs, thereby allowing them to complete their education. This is a crucial aspect of our work to provide music students with an extraordinary experience.

College of Music General Scholarship Fund - Many of our prospective and current students compete for merit-based academic scholarships. By giving to the general scholarship fund, you can help students continue to thrive in our musically talented UNT family.
