Every gift made to Athletics will go to the general Green Lights Fund or to the Green Lights Fund for the sport of your choice, providing the resources our teams need to train, compete, and succeed at the highest level. Your support fuels marketing and rev-share opportunities, program enhancements, and championship-level resources for the next generation of Mean Green student-athletes. Green Lights Fund: The Green Lights Fund is a groundbreaking new revenue-sharing initiative designed to directly support UNT Athletics through NIL and marketing opportunities for Mean Green student-athletes. This new fund ensures that UNT can attract and retain top talent while continuing to build a championship-caliber program. Gifts to the Green Lights Fund can be directed to a specific sport or allocated towards a general fund that benefits all Mean Green student-athletes.
Mean Green Scholarship Fund - The Mean Green Scholarship Fund helps offset the annual cost of student-athlete scholarships; a bill that is currently over $6 million. Donations to the MGSF also help improve UNT Athletics facilities, equipment, nutrition and travel for over 350 Mean Green student-athletes across 16 sports programs.
