Are gifts tax deductible?

Yes.  Your gift qualifies for a tax-deduction in accordance with IRS regulations during the calendar year that you made a gift.  After making a gift, you will receive a receipt for your records.  Please consult your tax professional for more information. 

What if the fund or program I want to donate to is not listed?

Please select "other" during checkout and write in the fund of your choice. You have to select something in the drop downs to give, so we suggest choosing the Annual Fund or the College/School/Program in the department or program drop down menu, then select "other" as your fund designation choice.  There will be a place to write in the fund designation you would like to support.

Can I give to more than one area?

Yes! You can make multiple gifts at one time. On the donation page, make sure to select "Add a Donation" on the gift menu, then select the other areas you would like to support. Your card will only be charged once for the sum of your donations.

Can I make a gift to join the Diamond Eagles Society? 

You can make a gift to the Diamond Eagles fund to support their projects, however if you are interested in joining the Diamond Eagles Society please contact DayofGiving@unt.edu
